Tasty Tuesday (Apple Cake)
I took the girls to the Apple Orchard this weekend to get some apples. I took a break from freezing meals to make this yummy apple cake.
Apple Cake
2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
3 cups sugar
3 cups diced apples
