Roasted Carrots

My mom made these for Easter and they were really good!


Roasted Carrots

2 pds carrots, peeled and sliced
olive oil
garlic powder
parmesean cheese

Lay cut carrots out flat on cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesean cheese. Mix well. Spread flat again. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
