Today's thrifty Thursday could not be easier or cheaper. How to refill the foaming hand soap pump bottle. First find a friend who uses the foaming soap in the bottle. Then when they are throwing a bottle away talk them in to giving it to you. Like I did this weekend with Mindy. Or you can go buy one and just refill it when you run out. When the bottle is empty you add 1 to 2 tablespoons of your favorite liquid soap to the bottle. Fill the rest of the way with water and shake really well. And it is ready to go. See I told you it could not be any easier or cheaper.
