Porcupine Meatballs

Welcome to Freezer Friday! On Fridays I will be posting recipes that freeze easily. Today the recipe is porcupine balls. I hope you enjoy!

Beef Porcupine Balls

1 pd ground beef                   1/2 cup raw rice
1/4 cup chopped onion          1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper                       2 tbsp vegetable oil
2-8oz cans tomato sauce      1 cup water

Mix beef, rice, onion and seasoning, Form into small balls. Fry in hot oil turning frequently until light brown. Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer about 45 min.
