Hi everyone
This week we decided to try and make everything in the blog about St. Patrick's Day.
We made this cake last year for Mindy's daughters cake walk at a school carnival. We our proud to say it was one of the first cakes picked by a lucky winner. It was very simple to make simply make 2 round cakes and ice them blue then make the rainbow with skittles and the clouds are mini marshmallows. We also put some skittles on the side for a little more decoration.
