Thanksgiving food Turkey

We have done a deep fried turkey for years now.  This will be the first time my boyfriend and his family have one.  I make mine very simple rinse the turkey and pat dry then I use a recipe I got off Paula Deans Web sight  long time ago.  It is called lady and son's house seasoning.  (the recipe is below) Just rub this all over the turkey and then follow the deep fry instructions for your deep frier. And remember to be safe.

House Seasoning: 1 cup salt 1/4 cup black pepper 1/4 cup garlic powder
Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
