Hi Stephanie here. I was having trouble with my blood sugar being lower at bed time than in the morning. So Mindy was kind enough to ask her dietitian about this for me. She told her to tell me to eat a snack before bed . It sounded crazy but I tried it and it seems to be working. Here is a link to some pictures of 4 things I have found that I like for a candy snack
