Late make it monday

Hey guys I don't know how many of you do pinterest but I do and I have been seeing everything done in muffin pans from pies to meatloaf.  Well I am not a big meatloaf fan but the guys here like it so I decided to make it fun and try making it in a muffin pan.  I am not going to give you a recipe because we all have our way of making meat loaf.  All you do is mix up the meatloaf the regular way.  Then instead of putting it in a loaf pan you fill the muffin cups up with the mixture.  And bake the same as regular.  We use very low fat meat so there was no grease to worry about but if you are worried about the grease you can just put a sheet pan under the muffin pan. Hey Mindy you can even make these.Ha HA
